With over 17 years of dance and teaching experience, Khadijah Kennedy is a driving force behind Mystic Elite Dance Factory. Trained in a wide range of styles including pom, hip hop, jazz, lyrical, majorette, step, cheer, and ballet, she brings versatility, discipline, and creativity into every class.
As Director of Operations and Artistic Director of Mystic Elite, Khadijah has dedicated the past 8 years to shaping the studio into a place where dancers can grow both technically and personally. Her teaching career spans 17 years, during which she has transformed countless students-- many starting with little to no background in dance-- into skilled performers and even high school dance captains as early as their freshman year.
Khadijah's choreography has led to numerous first-place titles, showcasing her talent for creating innovative and competitive routines. Known for her firm but fair approach, she challenges dancers to rise to their fullest potential while supporting them ,every step of the way. Her ultimate goal is to inspire each dancer not only to succeed on stage, but also to carry confidence, leadership, and resilience into every area of life.

I possess 16 years of experience in directorial positions and coaching. My coaching styles
encompass: Cheer, Step, Praise Dance, Lyrical, and Hip Hop. I dedicate my time to Mystic Elite Dance Factory to ensure that our young ladies have a safe environment to express themselves through dance. My aim is to provide them with a space to forge friendships, achieve their goals, and assist them in becoming the future leaders of our community. For me, this transcends dance; it represents an opportunity to mentor and offer them chances that I did not have during my upbringing.
